Any help Obtaining Motorcycle Insurance with a DUI in Florida?

a friend got a DUI and wants to know where he can obtain insurance for his motorcycle with the DUI hes had little or not luck i tell him to stay off it but he insists on riding so i am doing what i can to help since its his only means of transportation.

   If he still owes money on the bike, he should check out “GAP” insurance. I f he owes nothing, then he needs no insurance. . In FL bikes dont’ require insurance but drivers do. He needs to check out SR 22 insurance , also called “non-motorist” insurance.Good luck.

   most insurance companies can write coverage for your friend with the DUI but it will cost him due to the DUI, the problem is he doesn’t want to PAY the insurance premiums
