I just needed to know what’s the nominal fee that an attorney charges to do so.

  1. You don’t need an attorney to file it. It’s just one form (3 pages) and you can do it yourself. The fee for the application is $305.

    Application for Travel Document
    Purpose of Form : To apply for a travel document, reentry permit, refugee travel document or advance parole.
    Number of Pages : Instructions: 8; Form: 3.

  2. Yak Rider is right. It’s a simple form and shouldn’t require an attorney.

    Steep fee, though. I was able to get one processed for free as I’d planned in advance and submitted it along with the original application for residency.

  4. it usually cost about $250 to $350. you don’t need attorney to file for advance parole. you can file it yourself.
