I’m going through the same thing right now. I’m 20 and got a DUI last week. Had I been 21, I would’ve been well under the limit, but as we all know, these things aren’t always exactly fair.
Anywho, I’d suggest that you hire a good lawyer if you can afford it. It’ll cost ya, but it’ll be worth it. You may still be found guilty, but you can probably get something called a non-adjudication, meaning it will be immediately expunged off your record. Look into it!
