DUI Probation violation of public intoxication?

July 2006 i got a DUI in the state of Alaska

March 15, 2006 i received my ruling. fines, jail time, alcohol classes and 2 years of probation.
All has been well since then, no run ins with the law what so ever.
January 30, 2009 i was given a public intoxication ticket while in California. Just 43 days shy of my probation being done.

1. will the alaska state court find out?
2. what would be my consequences for probation violation?
i was 18 when i received my DUI and am now 20
there was an error on my court date, it was March 15, 2007 not 2006

  1. 1. Likely, yes. Reciprocity between states on legal matters.

    2. You’ll have to go before a judge and find out. Usually you’d end up with some jail time, and your probation lengthened.

  2. Yes, the Alaska court can find out but no, they probably won’t look it up unless there is a reason to in Alaska.
