How to report to authorities someone driving w/a suspended license on 4 DUI’s?
BriteyezCA asked:
I work for a woman in CA that just got her fourth DUI in less than 10 years while driving w/ a suspended license and caused an accident. She spent one night in jail and paid an attorney $25,000 to get the felony reduced to misdemeanor!! Her license is still suspended yet she continues to drive. I am wondering how I can report her to authorities. Any ideas?

Call this number I heard of. It’s 911. They will know what to do. You need to get her off the street.
next time she gets on the road, report an erratic driver with her license plate.
Edit** Answer fairy…. the first answer isn’t that far off. I was told by the california highway patrol to dial 911 when I see a driver that is putting others at risk by their driving.
Yeah, mind your own business. If you were in that position and you needed to get around would you really want somebody to turn you in? No! Stay out of other peoples affairs and Karma won’t come to make a fool out of you in the future!!!
Unless she continues to drive drunk, mind your own business.
If shes driving drunk, call that 911 number, they can assist you.
Do not call 911. That first answerer is stupid.
Call the non-emergency line of your local police department. Report her name, make of car, and license plate number. That’s all you can do. Or, you could call in and report an erratic driver like the other person said… but I would just call the non-emergency line and do a simple report.
Ahhhh, call the cops and report her. This kind of slime shouldn’t be allowed to even get into a car, let alone drive it.
You need to call the police right away, and they will take care of her.
Ever hear of 911? They taught us that in preschool.
The best you can do is call the NON_EMERGENCY police line and tip them off. Let them know that you are scared for your life and afraid that she will damage the car. That way you don’t just sound like a tattle tale
If you phone 911, she better be drunk and weaving around the road ahead of your car at the time, or you will be committing an offence yourself.
How do you even know the status of her licence? What gives you legal access to her driving record? How do you know she doesn’t have a re-instated licence, or perhaps a conditional licence of some type? Does she walk up to your desk and brag of driving while suspended?
