i am involved in a law suit that is getting ready to be dismiss i received a letter and i want to make sure i understand it correctly. In another part of the letter i received he adds ” each party willl waive his or her claim against the other for any attorney fees or cost incurred. does this mean we all sign the dismissal and walk away with whatever legal bills each of us have?
