What is my risk for not paying court ordered attorney fees if I have moved to another state?

  1. you ll have a warrant for ur arrest in that state

  2. Depends on level of court — Federal or State. If it is state, then it depends on whether that state has reciprocity agreements in place. Else, the jurisdiction is just for that state. The level of risk is then assumed by the respondent and is determined by whether you will go back to that state or not.

    Your risk could mean some jail time, why not just pay the attorney fees!
